Protecting your personal and financial information is core to what we do. This page describes the measures Reclaimd uses to keep your data safe.

Encryption

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using industry-standard encryption. Sensitive credentials are never stored in plain text.

Access controls

• Role-based access limits data to authorized personnel only.
• Row-level security enforces that you can only access your own records.
• Administrative access requires strong authentication.

Infrastructure

Our platform runs on hardened cloud infrastructure with continuous monitoring, automated backups, and isolated environments for production data.

Account protection

We require secure passwords and enforce a password change on first login for provisioned accounts. We recommend using a unique password and never sharing your credentials.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it to bonjour@cheftrub.com. We investigate all reports promptly.
