These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reclaimd website and services provided by Vef invest SAS, operating the Reclaimd service. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

Reclaimd helps individuals locate and recover unclaimed money held by state treasury programs and other holders. We are a private service and are not affiliated with any government agency. You can always search for and claim unclaimed property yourself for free directly through state programs.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Fees

Where we successfully recover funds on your behalf, we charge a recovery fee as disclosed before you authorize a claim. Beta members receive the founding rate described at signup. You will never be charged unless funds are recovered, except where stated otherwise in writing.

Your responsibilities

• Provide truthful, accurate information.
• Do not use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any specific amount of unclaimed money exists or can be recovered. Search results are based on third-party data that may be incomplete or outdated.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reclaimd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Governing law

During this beta period, these Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. As the service exits beta and expands, we may update these Terms and the governing jurisdiction; any changes will be posted here with a revised date.
